Return policy:

Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Payment refunds occur only in the event of damaged products or inappropriate size distribution (size other than that ordered).

Returns and refunds are free of charge if incorrect products (incomplete or incorrect style), incorrect sizes (other than those ordered), or faulty products are delivered to the consumer.

Acknowledgment of return:

You should give us an email to contact@luxuriashopping.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return information (Order number, Courier Docket No or AWB No, and Explanation for Return) should be exchanged with Customer Service via email.

Advice for a valid return:
Product & Accessories, if any, should be in their original state.

Tags should be held and returned

Please note:
During pick-up, our distribution agent can conduct a quality check on the return. This refund can extend only after the product has been received at our warehouse and the quality testing has been carried out. If the sample you have collected does not pass the quality inspection, we will give it back to you. If you want to exchange the item on the grounds of insufficient size or delivery of a faulty item, you will be issued with a new item free of charge. However, all exchanges are subject to the availability of stock and subject to the availability of an exchange address.

If you want to change an item, our delivery agent will bring the new item to you and at the same time pick up the original item from you. Please note that we can only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it in order to obtain a refund and purchase a new item separately.

Refund policy

Within 2 business days from receiving the claim and permission for refund, your refund will be initiated by us.

It is estimated that your refund will be credited into the account for payment of your order, between 4-8 days after the refund. Please note, multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateway,s, and external couriers are responsible for the actual timing of the credit (for cheques).

Mode of Refund

The amount of the refund will be charged back to the same accounts (online banking, credit card, debit card) used to make the transaction, both for canceled orders and the product returned (due to missing collections, incorrect style, incorrect sizes, or shipped defaults). Refund is effected via NEFT in the case of Cash On Delivery order (COD).
