Upon completion of the registration process, you will obtain a password and account ID. The Website allows you to register as a customer by creating an Account to make use of the Services offered by the Website. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Account Records and will be entirely responsible for all events that take place within your Account. You consent to (a) promptly alert the Website of any improper use of Your Account Information or any other violation of confidentiality, and (b) ensure that you leave Your Account at the end of each session.
The Website cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or harm resulting from your failure to comply with this Clause. You may be responsible for damages caused by the Website or any other customer or visitor to the Website as a result of the permitted or unauthorized use of Your Account as a result of Your inability to keep Your Account Details safe and confidential.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order made for a product that is priced inappropriately or for any other cause. This is irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the invoice has been made. The charge shall be refunded and the customer shall be told thereof.
Trendy and Traditional maintains the right to check and verify the information and other data offered by the user at any time. If any such User data are found not to be valid in full or in part, Trendy and Traditional has the right, in its absolute discretion, to deny registration and to disable the User from using the services of Trendy and Traditional and/or other associated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.
Trendy and Traditional would not be responsible for any form of type of credit card theft. The customer shall be responsible for the unauthorized use of the card and the users to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be liable solely to the user. The customer must only use his/her own card on the web.
Trendy and Traditional shall not be responsible for any interruption or non-delivery by storm, burning, battle, acts of God or any cause outside our influence.
The User shall verify that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Trendy and Traditional shall not be subject to any complaint until 7 days of delivery of the order.

If there is no delivery or late delivery in any situation, Trendy and Traditional shall not be responsible for payment/refund of any amount other than the customer’s order value.
On receipt, if it is indicated that the outer packaging of the product is defective or tampered with, check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice immediately before receiving the package from the courier service. In the case of any inconsistency, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after an acceptable remark has been made on the proof of delivery. Customers should also lodge a proper report with the local delivery agency, ensuring that luxurious shopping can continue to be the same in the future, in order to prevent such incidents in the future.
